GROZ Air Filter-Regulator Combination Unit The Filter-Regulator Combination is one of the most popular air preparation units. The 2 are assembled together to form a single unit. Air Filter is used to separate dust dirt moisture & other contaminants from compressed air. Filter has a Die Cast Aluminium body polycarbonate bowl with a steel bowl guard & a high performance Sintered Bronze. Filtering element Filter is designed with a Separator & Shield for efficient moisture separation. It is combined with a Regulator which maintains a steady outlet pressure unaffected by variations/fluctuations in the inlet pressure. Regulators have a Non Raising ÒPress to LockÓ adjusting knob for locking at any set pressure .Regulators work on a Diaphragm operated relieving type mechanism with pressure compensated by balanced poppet. ¥ Pressure adjustment range of 7 - 145 PSI (0.5 - 10 BAR) ¥ 40 micron filtering element ¥ Press Type Manual Drain with Night Time Drain feature which automatically drains off the bowl once the compressed air supply to the filter is switched off. Shipping and Returns
NZ Fasteners Ltd will place orders in standard tracked courier bags. Goods will take 2-3 working days for deliveries to main centres anywhere in New Zealand. Goods requiring rural delivery make take an additional 1-2 days
All goods purchased from NZ Fasteners Ltd will be charged a flat fee of $7.50 for delivery and packaging.
NZ Fasteners Ltd use courier services and as a result cannot ship to P.O. Boxes.
If multiple items are purchased in a single transaction, it is possible the goods may be dispatched from more than one location. Any freight enquiries will be carried out after standard delivery time frames have been exceeded or if one or more items are pending.
All products purchased from NZ Fasteners Ltd have a twelve month guarantee period against manufacturers fault. All return enquiries must be submitted through the returns form. Do not return goods directly to NZ Fasteners Ltd prior to submitting the returns form as warranty repairs may be managed directly from the manufacturer or their NZ agents.
The cost of returning any faulty item is to be paid by the customer. NZ Fasteners Ltd will pay the cost of returning the repaired or replaced item to the customer.
Please note that we do not offer as exchange or refund if you have changed your mind or chosen incorrectly. Please select your products carefully and ensure that they are compatible with your requirements prior to buying. Any returns other than defects, faults or warranty will attract a 20% or $50 restocking fee (at our discretion) and costs relating the freight and courier will be borne by the buyer.
The Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and Fair Trading Act 1986 provide the basis for NZ Fasteners Ltd returns policy.
The Consumer Guarantee Act sets out minimum standards for goods sold by NZ Fasteners Ltd . In the event that goods sold are not of good quality or are faulty, the customer has the right to a repair, replacement or a refund at the discretion of NZ Fasteners Ltd .
The Fair Trading Act is designed to protect the customer against being misled or treated unfairly, either intentionally or unintentionally. This applies to all aspects of the promotion and sale of goods and services including: pricing; origins of the product; meeting New Zealand safety standards; availability of products and the sales and advertising techniques used. The Commerce Commission enforces the Fair Trading Act 1986.
There are two resolutions available for customers:
Faulty product replacement
If a product is not of acceptable quality, fit for purpose, or does not match the description, NZ Fasteners Ltd will offer to replace it with the same product or another product of the same value. Proof of purchase is required to obtain a replacement. The NZ agents will determine if the product is faulty and they are responsible for the replacement of the item. Request for the repair or replacement of faulty item(s) must be submitted using our returns form.
Faulty product repair
If the items sold can be repaired to meet quality specifications, our manufacturers and their agents maintain the right to repair. Request for the repair or replacement of faulty item(s) must be submitted using our returns form.
