Shipping
Not at this stage. We charge a flat fee of $14.95 per order. Some special promotions have a higher shipping cost. Shipping costs for special price promotions is calculated at the checkout.
In New Zealand, we ship with CourierPost, NZ Couriers, Aramex, Strait NZ, Toll Courier and to Australia with DHL Express & Fedex.
Our warehouse works round the clock to get your orders out as soon as possible.
All orders are processed the same day, and are delivered within 1-4 business days.
Please allow an additional day for rural deliveries.
If your purchase has not arrived within the target delivery period, please send us an email at sales@nzfasteners.co.nz.
Also be sure to check out the website of the couriers, if they are experiencing delays this will be displayed on their website with expected time frames of delivery delays
Shipping within NZ with Aramex or NZ Couriers can take 1-5 working days to deliver.
If the parcel has still not arrived and are 7 working days over the target delivery, what we do is start an investigation with the post. Rest assured that in the end you will receive your purchase.
Return & Exchanges
You always have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days from the day you purchased the goods. If you want to cancel your order please provide us the notice through an email to sales@nzfasteners.co.nz before sending back your order.
Once you have notified us about the cancellation, the sum of your order will be refunded to you as soon as possible, at the latest within 14 days of your cancellation.
The return is made at your own cost once you have made the cancellation of the contract.
If you received the goods, you are responsible to take reasonable care of them and you must send the goods back to us in their original condition within 14 days from the day you purchased the goods.
We reserve the right to make a charge of not exceeding our direct costs of recovering the goods if you do not return the goods.

You have the right to exchange your goods within 14 days from the day you purchased the goods. Note: It doesn't have to take 14 days for us to receive it.
The return of the item is made at your own cost.
In order to have the right to return the goods:
- The goods must be returned within 14 days from the day of purchasing.
- The goods need to be unused and undamaged.
- All the labels need to be left on the goods.
- All Last Chance sale items are not eligible for a return or exchange.
- We do not accept return on change of mind items.
- If you have ordered a wrong item, there is a 20% restocking fee for return/exchange of these items.
If these conditions are not fulfilled the goods will be sent back and you will be charged for the shipping and handling.
My Order
Please check the junk folder for order confirmation as it can sometimes end up there. Upon checking the Junk folder and still find its missing feel free to contact us and we can resend your shipping confirmation for you. If your payment has been deducted from your account, it has come through successfully.
Please send an email to sales@nzfasteners.co.nz adding URGENT to the subject and state your order details, the customer service team will get back to you asap.

We're unable to add any items to an order that has already been placed. Please place a new order asap and your items will most likely arrive at the same time.
Our quotes are valid for a period of 30 days. Please email us at sales@nzfasteners.co.nz for up to date pricing beyond the 30 day time period. Due to the price increases across the industry, we try and absorb as much cost as possible, but some costs are beyond our control.
First of all, thank you so much for placing an order with us and for your patience! We understand that waiting can be hard. We do our best to fulfill and ship your order as soon as possible! It shouldn't take more than 5 working days.

Please note, some products might need to be ordered in as we do not hold stock of all products. We will let you know if that is the case with your order. This might cause a slight delay in the dispatch of your order.

Once the return has been approved, you will receive an email with all return details. Please allow up to 48 hours for your request to be processed.
We do not offer free returns. Your return can be sent the cheapest way possible.
Please visit your local post office or courier’s website to find the best rate that suits you.
We're currently experience a high volume of sales during the busy season. Please expect a delay in having the returns being received by us and having them processed. If your tracking shows the return has been delivered, please allow up to 5 business days to receive an email that we've accepted it from our end.
