NZ Fasteners Ltd will place orders in standard tracked courier bags. All goods purchased from NZ Fasteners Ltd will be charged a flat fee of $9.95 for delivery and packaging.

NZ Fasteners Ltd use courier services and as a result cannot ship to P.O. Boxes.

If multiple items are purchased in a single transaction, it is possible the goods may be dispatched from more than one location. Any freight enquiries will be carried out after standard delivery time frames have been exceeded or if one or more items are pending.

AUTHORITY TO LEAVE (ATL)

To ensure the security of your order a driver will always attempt to gain a signature when a delivery is made unless an 'authority to leave' is active at your chosen delivery address or a 'one-time use authority to leave' is selected directly via NZ Post.

If you have a permanent 'authority to leave’ or agree to a 'one-time use authority to leave', you understand and agree that this gives our couriers permission to leave your order in question unattended in a safe place at the delivery address without obtaining a signature confirming delivery at the delivery location.

In these circumstances, you understand and agree that by having an authority to leave or a one-time use authority to leave, we and our couriers are released of all responsibility and liability for the orders delivered and left unattended, and that this responsibility and liability transfers to you on delivery.

 Returns policy

All products purchased from NZ Fasteners Ltd have a twelve month guarantee period against manufacturers fault. All return enquiries must be submitted through the returns form. Do not return goods directly to NZ Fasteners Ltd prior to submitting the returns form as warranty repairs may be managed directly from the manufacturer or their NZ agents.

Please select your products carefully and ensure that they are compatible with your requirements prior to buying.
