• Angular adjustment is achieved via the angular slide thatcan be set to any desired angle 45° on either sides.
• Additionally the fully graduated 360° swivel base allowsthe vice to be set at any angle along the vertical axis.
• These vices are manufactured from close grained hitensile seasoned cast iron with fully hardened and groundtool steel jaws.
• Ergonomically designed all steel handle allows for stressfree operation. It is assembled on the spindle crank with aspring loaded mechanism providing positive grip.
• Use of hi tensile grade 10.8 fasteners provides strengthand rigidity to these vices.
• Relief in clamp seat ensures complete surface contact asagainst a line contact between the Hold Down clamp andmovable slide thereby providing firm locking at any desiredby angle.
• A milled slot in the vice base helps in accurate locationof the vice on the machine table using rectangular locatingnuts.
• Hold Down slots allow for secure clamping of the viceon the machine table.
