All of our products are hand made in house in the UK by our team of skilled and experienced engineers. All of our two stroke exhaust systems are dyno and track tested for optimum performance gains over your OEM system. Available finishes - Hand polished aluminium finish – Anodised colour finish available for selected models. - Tig welded waterjet cut brackets. - Repackable and easy to maintain. - Flow drill front cap fixings. - Riveted rear stainless steel end cap. - Mild steel front section and internal core. - Designed to meet FIM sound regulations. Fitment Instructions - This product is designed to fit OEM and DEP front pipes. Loosen the silencer mounting bolts from the frame and remove your original silencer. Retain any rubber grommets / spacers from the original silencer and refit on your DEP silencer, unless these have been supplied. Install the DEP silencer, making sure that it does not touch the subframe before tightening the mounting bolts. All of the exhaust fixing points should be slackened and then fully tightened allowing all frame mounting points to line up exactly. A silencer fitted under stress can cause failure or damage to the product.
