UCC UltraLite Petrolatum Mastic is a neutral petrolatumcompound stabilised with inert fillers complemented withcorrosion inhibitors and reinforced with closed cell polymerbeads. UCC UltraLite Petrolatum Mastic is used for sealingfilling and profiling applications where a protectivewaterproof and non-setting mastic is required. It can beused to contour pipes and profile irregular surfaces priorto the application of UCC Petrolatum Tapes.

Application:• Prepare surface to St 2 std.• Apply UCC Petrolatum Primer to substrate at a spread rateof 5kg/m² approx.• Profile projections and voids with UCC UltraLitePetrolatum Mastic.• Spirally apply tape incorporating 55% overlap to achievea double thickness with circumferential turn.• Overwrap tape with UCC PVC OverWrap spirally appliedwith 55% overlap.
